Hi, I’m Adrienne Fildes. I began Fildes Fitness personal training in Sydney, Australia. After moving to Los Angeles and becoming a certified personal trainer in the U.S., I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at UCLA. This additional expertise complements my coaching and informs how I inspire each client. By connecting physical goals and mental motivation, my clients enjoy the training process as much as their personal accomplishments.

Stretch & Roll Class

ONLY 10 PARTICIPANTS IN EACH

ONE-HOUR CLASS

I designed this class to alleviate some of the most common issues people have due to being sedentary or over- exercising. By combining static and active stretching, the Stretch & Roll Class helps to relax tight muscles and connective tissues, enhance mobility to prevent injuries, and relieve soreness.
